Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups whole milk
• 3/4 cup whipping cream
• 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
• 10 blocks 75% Brick Oven Roasters chocolate bar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Whipped Cream (optional)
Method
1) In a heavy bottomed medium saucepan, heat milk, cream and sugar over medium-low until just simmering. Remove from heat.
2) Add chocolate and vanilla. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. If necessary, return pan to low heat to gently warm the mixture to melt the chocolate.
3) Pour into demitasse or espresso cups. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
Vegan Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
• 4 blocks Brick Oven Roasters chocolate bar
• 1 ½ cups non-dairy milk, like almond milk, oat milk or soy milk
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup, or 4 tablespoons of regular sugar
• Dash salt, do not leave out!
• Top with coconut cream, vegan whipped cream and cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Method
1) In a pot over medium heat, stir in the cacao/cocoa powder, the milks, maple syrup (or sugar), and dash of salt. If you are adding the add-in ingredients, stir them in now too. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes until everything is heated through and begins to bubble just slightly.
2) Top with whipped coconut cream, marshmallows and a dash of cinnamon and enjoy! You can even add vegan marshmallows on top for added comfort.

Ingredients
• 6 block Brick Oven Roasters chocolate bar
• 2 cups milk
• 1 pinch salt
• tbl spoon cinnamon
• Condensed milk (optional)
Method
1) 1. Add milk in a medium saucepan (with cinnamon and nutmeg) until heated up.
2) Add chocolate and stir until pot comes to a boil, lower heat and keep stirring 1 to 2 minutes.
3) Remove from stove , stir in salt, condensed milk or your selected sweetener
4) Pour chocolate tea into mugs and enjoy
