This is a true single-farm coffee, grown and produced on one of the oldest farms in Jamaica’s central High Mountains. Rooted in generations of agricultural tradition, this coffee reflects the unique character of its high-elevation terroir, where cool mountain temperatures, rich soils, and careful cultivation come together to produce a distinctive cup. For this limited batch, we selected the washed process to highlight the natural qualities of the coffee while delivering exceptional clarity and balance. The result is a smooth, clean cup with inviting notes of rich chocolate and roasted nuts, complemented by a refined finish that lingers gently on the palate. The Craftsman Edition is a carefully curated micro-lot coffee produced through a collective of smallholder farmers in the parish of St. Catherine, Jamaica. Each contributing farm brings its own character and craftsmanship, creating a distinctive expression of the region’s mountain-grown coffee. For this edition, we selected an extended fermentation followed by a traditional washed process to develop greater depth, complexity, and clarity in the cup. This deliberate approach allows the coffee’s natural character to shine while creating a beautifully balanced and refined profile.
